What is this guy playing?

I found this video looking for Sky Saw on google…

Can anyone out there in radio land tell me what synth he is using? I have seen picture of Eno holding a similar one during the Roxy Music era and I am wondering if this is the same one or a related model.

Where could I get one?

As an aside, this is something that I was also able to do passing the a Roland Juno through an amp with a high gain adjustment using the pitch wheel as a whammy bar… definitely a neat sound, but I like this solution better because:

1. You can walk around with it.
2. That pitch strip device looks a lot more intuitive (you get tired slapping that pitch wheel around and this seems to have a much broader sensitivity range than what a wheel could manage.)
