A few new things...
I'd like to mention briefly here - the dust is still settling, however the basic framework for both my home site and my e-commerce site are now alive and kicking. All of this means I can finally spend more time polishing content and posting, rather than noodling with code and spending late nights doing so.
My apologies to folks who have left comments in the interim - they are gone. My page addresses have changed also - various forms of organization will become available as time goes on - for now I'm going to rest a bit from problem solving and engage myself in activities a little more creative.

The history behind this change goes back to my freshman year of high school, when I hit my first real challenge to my physical fitness – one which to date I have not really been able to recover from.

Breaking Body Myths: "Stand up straight"
So after a full week of applying th principles of using my spine to hold and head, relax my back and allow the weight of my upper body to rest in the pelvis when I sit… I wondered, while sitting in church – how does a person apply this to standing?
So I stood – being in Orthodox services there are plenty of opportunities to stand for long periods of time.
