I primarily use Instant Messenger to connect with people who I work with on projects. In some cases email is used as well once contact has been established.
For new business, there are communication links present throughout the site.
When the link says “Live help now,” clicking on the link will initiate a live chatting session with me.

When the link says “Send a message,” you will see a contact form that is customized to collect the kind of information relevant to the section of the site you are viewing.

I try to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours. If there is going to be a longer delay, I will include an exception on the form.
It is important that you provide a working email address if you want to work with me.
I also do take phone calls between 2:00-5:00 pm as available. I reserve this time for phone calls involving new work or projects.
